Morgan Waad is a Strategic Regulatory Writer with more than 10 years in the industry and has led drug submissions, complex clinical study reports, clinical study protocols, and other key regulatory documents. She comes from a family of healthcare professionals and chose a career in regulatory writing to combine her strong language skills with family tradition. Morgan is, above all, a solution-driven team player who values and thrives in interdisciplinary groups. Colleagues describe her as a grounding presence and appreciate her sense of humor and positive mindset when challenges arise.

When Morgan isn’t writing regulatory documents, she’s writing fantasy novels. She has written and published 10 books so far, with many more planned. When she needs a break from staring at word files, she draws or crochets. Sometimes, she even sneaks in a bit of scrapbooking. Morgan loves teaching, too, and has been the director of a local English as a Second Language program since 2017.

Morgan’s home is ruled by 2 cats named Pekoe and Guinness. On breaks from her fuzzy overlords, she runs off to save the world with her Dungeons & Dragons group. Creativity is her muse, and tea is her fuel. With these powers combined, she hopes to be remembered someday as a great storyteller.
