Proposals and Contracts Manager

Born and raised in Southern California, I am a graduate of California State University, Fullerton and currently reside in San Diego. I began my professional career in operations management, where I led multiple teams and supported meaningful projects for clients across diverse industries, including construction, solar, life sciences, and technology. After spending several years in recruitment and workforce management, I transitioned into the life sciences industry, where I am passionate about working with clients whose work is dedicated to changing lives.

I genuinely enjoy bringing cross-functional teams together and working with new technologies and systems. Guided by curiosity, I often ask “Why not?” and “What can I do better?” and strive to deliver a positive, thoughtful experience for both colleagues and clients. I believe strong partnerships are essential to success and that every individual’s contribution matters.

Outside of work, I am a mom to two wonderful girls and two very loyal rescue dogs. I enjoy hand lettering and calligraphy, playing the piano, and sudoku. My husband and I love to travel and hope to continue exploring the world together, inspiring our girls to carry that passion for travel as they grow.
