Born and raised in Covington, Kentucky, Tom graduated from Northern Kentucky University. He began his career in the pharmaceutical industry at Kendle International and has worked at a number of CROs over the years. Tom is passionate about working with Emerging Biotech and Pharma companies and has focused the majority of his 23+ years focused on helping them navigate the regulatory and development environment. His philosophy is simple, treat people the way he wants to be treated and deliver on promises. Follow-up and follow through.

Tom comes from a large family with 6 siblings and lives in the same community he grew up in. He has 2 sons and 2 grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with his family, working out and playing golf. Northern Kentucky has beautiful parks and trails where he enjoys nature with his Australian Shepherd, Trig.
